Practical completion is targeted for 2030 on the 36-storey tower which will deliver 475,000 sq ft of commercial space.
The £300m scheme is located at the intersection of Old Street and the City and the build contract signing follows Multiplex’s earlier involvement under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement.
Richard Rixson, Director at Endurance Land, said: “We’re thrilled to be working with Multiplex again – a partnership building on the trust and momentum established at Regent Quarter and a deep understanding of our culture, standards and long-term focus on quality.
“That complete alignment gives us, and our future occupiers, total confidence as we transition into active construction on a flagship project that will define London for decades to come.”
Callum Tuckett, Managing Director at Multiplex, added:”This appointment represents an important step forward for a development that will set a new standard for high-quality workspace in one of London’s most dynamic locations.
“Designed for the needs of technology and innovation-led occupiers, the scheme combines flexible, high-performance office space with the infrastructure and amenities needed to support future growth. We look forward to bringing our experience and expertise to the project and working alongside Endurance Land and the wider team to deliver an exceptional outcome.”
